Watch Pearl Jam Twenty on PBS. See more from American Masters.
Continuing our exploration of Pearl Jam live and celebrating twenty years as a band, we’re excited to tell you that their new documentary will be airing nationwide at 9pm on PBS tomorrow night Friday, October 21st for the first time ever as part of the PBS Arts Fall Festival.
PBS American Masters will present the full two hour rock doc Pearl Jam Twenty which includes previously unreleased concert footage and interviews with the band.
As you’ll see in the trailer above, there’s a lot of stage diving going on.
And we’re even more pumped because we get to continue our exploration into the art of stage diving with this clip from the film as Eddie Vedder’s shares the story behind his epic love for the leaping into the arms of fans during the show.
Earlier this year we shared a track from Pearl Jam’s live album Live on Ten Legs in Favorite Live Albums of 2011 Part One. And stay tune as we’ll be sharing a track from Pearl Jam’s Twenty soundtrack in Part Two coming up soon.
