As you know, we’ve been exploring the culture of the Battle of the Bands contests and we’ve been keeping a close eye on the contests hosted by Shure and Jansport. And now, we have an special update for you.
Continuing our exploration of the Battle of the Bands competitions, let’s see what’s going on with the Shure and Jansport contests and see which bands are getting ready to rock the regional showdowns and head to the finale at SXSW 2011.
During the Slurpee and 7-Eleven Battle of the Bands earlier this year, we explored how BOTB contests impact the live music experience for bands and fans. And now we’re going to take a look at two more BOTB contests presented by Shure SM58 Microphones and Jansport.
