If you had one this year, you’ve probably already received it. And back in February, CNN took a poll asking how people planned on using their tax refund.
With the concert industry and summer festivals offering layaway plans, or even extending their deadlines until fans received their tax refunds, I was wondering if and how many concert fans used their tax refund towards a concert or summer music festival?
